What can you do?
I take pride in multitasking and I'm always interested in a challenge. In fact, never once have I turned down a task in this field nor have I received negative feedback from any client.
How do we get started?
Simply contact me via the Contact page and we will schedule a consultation to discuss your needs and how I can help.
When are you available?
At your disposal during the hours of 10am-6pm. I am also available in the evenings and weekends on special request.
How do I give you work?
You can share work with me by email, phone call or WhatsApp. All emails and WhatsApp’s will be responded to same-day.
When will you do my work?
Basic tasks will be completed same-day, for more time consuming work you will be given an estimated completion date.
When do we talk?
For ongoing support, I recommend having a regular weekly catch up either over zoom or by phone.
How do you measure your time spent working?
All time is tracked using a time tracking software called Clockify.
How am I invoiced?
Ad hoc work is due on completion and ongoing support will be invoiced at the end of each month. Bank transfers are accepted in the UK and Monaco.
How do you ensure confidentiality and data security?
The latest technology is used to ensure secure and confidential communication, and it is common practice to sign NDAs with clients.
